Foundation of Goodness Newsletter
I refreshed the monthly newsletter, bringing together updates from 21 Village Heartbeat Empowerment Centres and events into a single, engaging publication. The redesign simplified the layout, improved readability, and balanced visuals with storytelling to better showcase the Foundation’s impact. As a result, open rates increased to 43.4% (from 29.2%) and click-throughs rose to 2.5%, proving the new format successfully captured attention and drove engagement month after month.
